નાનાં મોતી … (A poem about seed and kid)

નાનાં મોતી …

નાનાં મોતી ધરતી ગોતી નાનકડું ઘર બાંધે,

છોડ બનીને ધીરે ધીરે પાન-પાંદડાં સાંધે!

હેતનાં જળનાં સીંચનથી એ ફળે-ફૂલે ને વિકસે,

સૂર્યતેજસમ સંસ્કારોથી સહજીવન પણ શીખશે,

સાફ હવા સૂષ્ટિને દેશે દિવસે, રાતે, સાંજે,

છોડ બનીને ધીરે ધીરે પાન-પાંદડાં સાંધે!

એક દિવસ થઈ મોટાં દેશે શીતળ છાંય મજાની,

માયા સંગે હૂંફ મળે જો ચૂપકે છાની છાની,

હસતું-હરિયાળું જગ થાજો એ ઇચ્છા રાખી કાંધે

છોડ બનીને ધીરે ધીરે પાન-પાંદડાં સાંધે!
